Interpretation
In this User Agreement, the following terms have the following

any registered user on our site
“Site” -
refers to Trevvy.com
“Products” - refers to any goods,
products, merchandise
and/or any other commodities made available for purchase on

site.
“Services” - refers to any services
rendered by Trevvy.com,
but not limited to message board, chat, instant messaging,
email,
Boyfiles, sales of any products and auctions.
“We”,
“us” or “our” - refers
to Ann Siang Media Pte Ltd (trading as Trevvy.com), a company
incorporated in the Republic of Singapore, its
holding company, subsidiary companies, licensees and
assignees
Acceptance of Terms
This agreement sets out legally binding terms for your use of
the
site (regardless of your Membership, or lack thereof) and
your
membership in the Service. These terms may be modified by us
at
any time without prior notice. All modifications will be
effective
upon posting on the Website and you agree to the stipulated
terms
regardless of the time modifications executed.
Responsibility of Members
Every user is assigned only ONE account, and must be of at
least
eighteen years of age at the time of registration. You agree
to
provide a VALID email address, and photo identification upon
the
request of the management of Trevvy.com within a three
business-day
timeline.
Trevvy reserves the right to
suspend or
delete accounts deemed to abuse, or have abused, the
privileges
granted to the users such as:
-Sending of unsolicited messages to multiple users
-Content that is supposed to be set to Private due the nature of said
content,
but was made public in spite of the enforcement actions of Trevvy.com
-Persistent sending of multiple unsolicited messages which results in undue
disturbance to other users
-Uploading of images or linking to websites containing child pornography
Conditions Under Respective Sections
Scoops,
Forums and Chat
Content posted on the site is solely for information purposes
and
Trevvy.com owns all copyrights. You agree not to reproduce
any
content for commercial purposes. Trevvy.com will not be
responsible
for any damages arising from its users' actions.
Dockets
Terms of Service
Users are encouraged to upload at least one photograph of
themselves.
Images of an adult nature (e.g. portrayal of nudity, etc) must
be set to Private. While the contents of the Closet feature is
not subject to moderation, users must not upload any image
that
depicts child pornography.
C.A.P
Terms of Service
You must not post more than one advertisement of similar
nature,
regardless of placement in the different categories. You agree
not to post messages involving sexual references or of similar
nature. Images accompanying the advertisements must not
contain
any nudity. You agree to also provide valid contact details
for
advertisement responses. In the event that you should opt to
keep
your email address private, you are aware and agree that your
advertisement
responses will be sent through private messages.

Terms of Service
You must own the copyright or obtain the permission of the copyright holder before posting any images.
You agree not to post any images involving nudity or featuring underaged persons (under 18 years old) involving sexual references. You agree to indemnify Trevvy.com of any copyright infringements or legal responsibilities including but not limited to copyright infringements or civil damages as a result of your activity.
Chat
Terms of Service Trevvy.com provides a web-based interface to # SGBOY, an IRC channel hosted on galaxynet.
You understand and agree that it is to be
used
solely for the intended purpose of communicating with other
Internet
users not limited to Trevvy users. You agree not to use said function for solicitation
and/or
telemarketing, or for any illegal purposes as further
described
in this Agreement including but not limited to solicting of underaged persons (under 18 years old) or the sale of controlled substances. Material that may be construed as profane,
offensive
or malicious may not be transmitted via our services, and
Trevvy.com
shall not be responsible for any damages arising from such
transmissions.
RED
Members with subscription to the premium membership of
Trevvy.com
shall adhere to the Terms of Service as herein. In the case
where
your account is terminated as the result of your violation of
the
terms contained herein, any paid subscriptions will not be
refunded.
Material on the Website
The material contained on this website is for information only
and does not constitute advice, recommendations of any nature
or professional medical advice. Any of the information,
products,
services, contests or events on this website may be modified,
suspended or removed by the management of Trevvy at its
discretion.
Site Access and Intellectual Property

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may be granted access to

parts of the Service without membership. In such case, your
identification
will be determined by other means deemed appropriate, such as
mobile
telephone number or email address provided to us by yourself.
You
agree that such information may be collected and disclosed to
us,
and used in accordance with the Terms of Service.

that occur in your account; this includes sharing and

of content and communication with other users. It is your
responsibility
keep your account password secure. You must notify

immediately of any breach of security owing to the
unauthorised
use of your account. You may be liable for the losses for

or others due to such unauthorised usage. Trevvy.com will
not
be liable for any losses or damages arising from your
failure
to comply with this Section 3 Para C. |
Copyright
Trevvy.com may make use of what it believes to be public
domain
images sourced from publicly accessible services on the
Internet.
If you hold Copyrights to any of the images that
are used on this website, please notify us through our
customer
service
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Trevvy.com, our affiliates and
employees, free from any claim or demand (including
reasonable
legal fees, made by any third party) due to or arising from
your
content either submitted, posted, transmitted or made
available
on the site, your use, connection of the Service, use of any
Channels,
and/or your violation of the Terms of Service, and any rights
of any other person, or any applicable law.
Assignment
These Terms of Service, and any rights and licenses granted
hereunder,
may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned
by Trevvy.com without restriction.
Termination
Trevvy.com may in its sole discretion terminate, suspend
and/or
modify this website, with or without notice to you. You agree
that
Trevvy.com will not be held liable to you in the event that it
chooses to suspend, modify and/or terminate this website or

use of this website.
