hello.... my personal view....i think patrick is not as professional as frank in tampines ....no doubts hor "lotus spa" nice decor........but frank is more pro in massage skills and attitudes than uncle pat lor.... ke ke...also hoe....frank has better bod than uncle pat lor.....  hee hee...i tired both before so prefer frank than pat.....

Massage is only a temporary relief for back ache problems. Best that you consult a chiropractor. Many backaches and stiffness are due to spinal problems which need to be corrected ASAP. Did you go for the free Chiropractic spine screening during the Health fair at Suntec over the weekend ? I did. And I realized that I am not straight...  |
Intially i also had the same problem, lumber ache, after a few sessions with chiropractor, the condition was in control, however, the frequent visit with chiropractor had make me poorer each time, until i discovered by going massage and chiropractor together, my lumber pain finally gone.
As explain by chiropractor, they are only correcting, align back the spine but the tension of the muscle still need deep tissue massage to release, it will be good to work in two ways, caused muscle tension and disalignment of spine could equally contribute the pain.

I went few spas before, and i noticed a similar trend happen there, once you find a good therapist, they will disappear very soon within a few months, wondering is it being taken away by the rich tai tai or other spa bosses. Perhaps they become their own boss, anyone has same experience?
