Why have I been re-billed when I have not agreed
to extend my subscription?
This auto-renewal is part of the Futurepay agreement that was included in your initial sign-up for your convenience and for which you have acknowledged upon signing up. You have the option at any time of cancelling the Futurepay agreement after sign-up by following the instructions in the email sent to you by Worldpay when you first signed up. However, if you wish, you may email info@trevvy.com at least five business days prior to your renewal date and we will gladly assist you in the termination of your RED subscription. |

How do I delete my account on Trevvy.com?

Why have my photos in my Docket been set to pending status?
Please note that your Docket is being moderated. This may be because you appear to be below the age of 18. You may wish to email info@trevvy.com with an identification containing your name, photo and date of birth for verification. |

Obviously I do not look under age. I did not even upload photos of my face!
You may have uploaded photos containing nudity or some other content deemed offensive. If this is the case, your photos will be moderated and approval should take up to three business days or less. |

On my kisses or spanks page, a message says that
I have unread kisses or spanks. But I do not see any new icons
beside any of them.
You may wish to go over the next few pages of your kisses or spanks. You may find unread kisses or spanks hidden there! |

What happens when I check the Remember Me box?
If you have checked the Remember Me box, you will be automatically signed in the next time you access Trevvy.com. When you check the box and log in, Trevvy sets a cookie on your computer for reference when you next access the site from the same computer. To disable this cookie, simply click Log Out located beside the status icon. You will need to re-enter your username and password the next time you access Trevvy.com. If you don't click Log Out, your session will remain active until you sign out. |

Why are my username and password automatically
entered on the log-in page?
Internet Explorer's AutoComplete feature automatically logs you into Trevvy.com because your username and password are stored in your browser's settings.
If you do not want AutoComplete to log you into Trevvy, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the Tools menu at the top of
your browser and select Internet Options.
2. Open the Content tab at the top of the
dialogue box.
3. Click on the AutoComplete button, and
uncheck "User names and passwords on forms" and "Prompt
me to save passwords."
4. Click OK. |

How do I set or change my user preferences or settings?
To change your user preferences, simply access My Controls from the MORE tab on the console panel. You will see a variety of options, including the functions to change your password or email address. |

What is the Message Tracker function used
for? How do I use it?
After composing your message, check the Track This Message box just above the Send Message icon. By doing so, you will be notified once the recipient reads this message. |

After composing the message, what is the difference between
Send Message, Preview Message and Save (Send later)?
Click on Send Message to send your message immediately to the recipient. Preview Message allows you to see exactly what will appear on the recipient's screen. Save (Send later) will save the message into the Drafts folder. |

What is the Archive Messages function for?
This function
allows you to save your messages from the specified folder into either an excel file or an html file for you to download and save onto your hard drive. |

How do I block a member from messaging me?
To do so, simply log into your account and visit http://www.trevvy.com/docket/myblock.php. Enter the member's username here, with a remarks if any, and select either Yes or No to allow the member to message you. |

What is a Buddy list
for?
You add a member to your Buddy list so that you will not have to type in this member's username when send him a message since you will be able to select his name from the Buddy drop-down list. |

Why am I being logged out upon visiting another page even after
having logged in?
You may want to check the Remember Me box next to the password field before logging in in future. |

Why does my ad not appear in C.A.P even after
I have posted it?
Your ad will be vetted by our moderator before it is approved and made viewable online. This usually takes at most three business days. You should avoid posting photos containing nudity or texts containing sexual references. |

Why is my ad not approved even after three business days?
You may have posted your ad under the Personal Services section. Such ads will require a payment of S$60 per month. For quick approval, you may elect to pay via credit card. For other modes of payment, please contact us at help@trevvy.com. |

How many photos may I upload into my Docket or Closet?
Non-Red members may upload up to six photos into their Dockets and Closet. RED members may upload up to twenty pictures into their Dockets and Closets. |

What is a Closet?
A Closet is for the storage of your photos where only users expressly give permission may view them. Similarly, you may only view inside other users' Closets if they have expressly given you access.. |

How many Closet Insiders may I have?
At any time, you may only issue five users your Closet pass. However, if you are a RED member, you may issue out an unlimited number of Closet passes. |

What is Dockets?
Trevvy's Dockets were known as Boyfiles on SGBOY.COM. It is
your personal profile on which you may display information about
yourself and your hobbies, and upload your photos into. With the Closet feature,
you may limit who gets to view your photos.

Users may click on Feeling Lucky to generate a user's Docket at random. |

What is the Invisible status?
When a user's status is set to Invisible, other users will not be able to see if that user is online. In other words, that user's status will be displayed as offline. |

How do I add a user to my Buddy list?
Simply go into that user's Docket and click on Add As Buddy. A notifcation will be sent to the user informing him of your request and, upon approval, he will be added to your Buddy list. |

What is My Journal?
My Journal is a feature in your Docket similar to a blog. Users may replace the Extra Extra portions of their Dockets with their My Journal entries. To do so, simply check the “Replace Extra Extra With This Post” box below the journal entry that you would like to use. |

Am I able to edit the entries in My Journal?
A user may edit entries in My Journal by clicking on Edit on the My Journal page. A user may delete an entry by clicking on Delete. |
